Setting up google spreadsheets
Here is example of Google Spreadsheet key. You will need to copy this to EIS Settings page for each Spreadsheet.

go to Wings Spreadsheet, then from menu go to "Tools" > "Script Editor..." then: 1) select "Custom Functions in Sheets" 2) when it opens, delete example code and paste this one: function DeleteExpiredEntries() { var ss = SpreadsheetApp.getActiveSpreadsheet(); var sheet = ss.getSheetByName("Broadcasts"); var datarange = sheet.getDataRange(); var lastrow = datarange.getLastRow(); var nowTimeStamp = new Date().getTime()/1000; for (i=lastrow;i>=2;i--) { var curRowTimeStamp = sheet.getRange(i, 1).getValue(); var diff = nowTimeStamp - curRowTimeStamp var dur = 3600*sheet.getRange(i, 5).getValue(); if(diff > dur) { sheet.deleteRow(i); } } } 3) save it (Ctrl+S) and give it a name like "Delete expired" or whatever 4) from menu go to "Resources" > "Current project's triggers" 5) click on "No triggers set up. Click here to add one now." 6) for Events select "Time driven", "Minutes", "Every minute" 7) when you click save, it will ask you to authorize script. Accept it from popup. |
